After launching her own gym and leading transformative fitness retreats, Erin saw something bigger taking shape; an era where women weren’t just working out, collaborating, or networking…
They were reclaiming themselves.
So she created Me First Era. A home for all the things she’s been doing behind the scenes for years. A brand built to house every retreat, ritual, workshop, podcast, group chat, and grounding moment under one bold roof.
